These terms apply to every order placed on rosvienne.com and to your use of the site. By ordering you accept them, together with our shipping policy, return policy, payment policy, privacy policy and cookie policy. Nothing here takes away a right you have under the consumer protection law of your province.

Who can order
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your province, and able to enter into a contract. By ordering you confirm that the payment details you use are yours to use.
Products and descriptions
We describe our pieces as accurately as we can, with real measurements in the size guide. Screens render colour differently, so a small difference between the photo and the piece in your hands is normal and is not a fault in itself.
Stock is limited. If an item sells out after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and errors
All prices are in Canadian dollars and include no sales tax until checkout, where tax is added according to your province. Prices can change at any time, but never after you have paid for an order.
If a price or a description is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you have paid. We will always email you first.
Orders and payment
Your order is a request to buy. The contract exists once we have accepted it and taken payment. We may refuse an order if payment cannot be verified, if there are signs of fraud, if the delivery address is not serviceable, or if the item is no longer available.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within [1-2] business days and arrive within 8 to 16 days after dispatch, counted in calendar days. These times are estimates. Our shipping policy explains how we ship, what happens with delays and how we handle parcels that do not arrive.
Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.
Returns
Our return policy explains the 30-day window, the condition items must be in and who pays the return shipping.
Discounts and promotions
Discount codes and automatic promotions apply for the period we state, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless we say so. Bundle discounts are applied at checkout on the quantity in your cart.
Our content
The photos, texts, logo and design on this site belong to Rosvienne or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written agreement.
Your content
If you send us a photo or review, you allow us to show it on our site and social channels with your first name. Tell us at any time if you want it taken down and we will remove it.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered in the condition described. We are not responsible for a delay caused by a carrier, a strike, extreme weather or an address error made when ordering.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.
Complaints
Email support@rosvienne.com. We answer within one business day and aim to resolve a complaint within 14 days. If we cannot agree, you can take the matter to the consumer protection office of your province.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order is the version that applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, where the seller is established. If you live in Canada, this does not take away the protection you have under the consumer protection law of your province, and you can always bring a claim there.
